One of the biggest struggles I had in starting my business was actually coming up with the idea. I wanted something that was scalable as well as needed in our society. I combed through hundreds of ideas before settling on my current venture. Through this discovery period, I uncovered what I believe are the five most important concepts in determining what makes the perfect business idea.

So, what is a perfect idea? Each individual entrepreneur has their concept of the perfect business. While Google is a great business for the founders of that company it may not be a great business for others that are non-tech savvy or who do not want to run such a large organization.

Therefore, each perfect business is defined by the business owners. Keeping this in mind, lets start on my five concepts of finding the perfect business:

Number One - Understanding your customer: This might seem strange to start here as how do you know your customers before you have a business idea in place. The answer is simple your customers make the business, therefore without customers there is no business. If you have a business idea dont try to develop the idea around what YOU think potential customers will like or need, but find out what your customers actually desire. Too often business owners get an idea in their head and jump right in with both feet. However, they soon find out that their target market does not want what they are offering. Spending both time and money on a project just to see it languish is not the perfect business idea.

Moreover, lets say you dont already have an idea getting out and understand consumers (those who will eventually become your customers) may lead you to the perfect idea. Knowing what potential consumers need and building products to meets those needs will get customers beating a path to your door that is a perfect business idea.

Number Two Passion: Passion here does not mean being fanatical about your product or service. But, it does mean having some interest in what you do. More times than not, you will be spending 15 to 18 hours a day working on your business in the beginning usually for the first 12 to 18 months (more like 2 years in this economy). You have to constantly be thinking about ways to improve and grow your business as well as be out talking about it to everyone, everywhere. If you end up starting a venture that you dont have passion for, something that does not make you jump out of bed each morning, it will be very hard to put in the hours and energy to make it successful thus not a perfect business idea.

Number Three - Understand Your Competition: Every business has competition either direct or indirect. Think about movie theaters. They have direct competition from video rental stores or at home television. They also have indirect competition from any other activity that consumers spend their disposable income on like bowling, paint ball, golf, etc. Anything that people do in their spare time.

Further, some competitors are ruthless. Meaning that if you promote and offer a product that is similar to theirs but at a lower price, these competitors will just lower their price to match or beat you. If they are already established businesses they may be able to undercut your price enough to drive you out of business.

If you dont know your competition what they are willing to do to keep you out of their market you may be spending more of your time in a pricing war then growing your business not the perfect business idea.

Number Four - Cash Flow: Lots of entrepreneurs enter the business world with great ideas but very poor understanding of the capital it will take to get their venture off the ground. Most will prototype their product or service and understand what it takes to make the product or provide the service but they dont understand the capital it takes to manage the rest of the organization including marketing (very expensive but extremely necessary), employees (more than just salaries or wages), insurance or supplies and all the little miscellaneous expenses that add up very quickly like phone, internet, computer services, etc. Knowing your total cash flow will help ensure that all of your costs (variable and fixed) can be covered by the business the perfect business idea. I have seen way too many businesses with great products fail because they could not cover simple expenses like rent or utilities.

Number Five You: Know who you are. Know your strengths and weaknesses. Know that you are ready, willing and able to do what it takes to make your venture a success. I have worked with many business owners in the past that think all they have to do is hang out their shingle and they have it made. Thus, when it comes down to actually running the business day-to-day they are unwilling to invest the time, energy or money necessary for success. Thus, know how hard you are willing to work.

Moreover, know your personal financial situation and what you need the business to generate to cover your lifestyle. If you think your business will pay you a great salary from day one - it will not. And, if you need it to, it is not the perfect business idea for you. Take away outside distractions like your personal financial situation get those in order thus, when your business concept does materialize you will be able to solely focus on its conception and growth. In the end providing you the financial security you are seeking - it will be the perfect business idea.

Regardless of the level of your desire for your business a lifestyle mom and pop operation or a multi-national conglomerate if you develop a business idea with these five concepts in mind your idea will be the perfect business idea for you.

After buying their first home, Debra Cohen and her husband faced the unenviable chore of finding reliable home improvement contractors. Fed up with blindly picking names from the Yellow Pages and waiting for contractors who didn't show up, it occurred to Cohen that if she and her husband were having trouble finding contractors, other homeowners in their community must be facing a similar predicament. This bleak reality sparked the creation of a unique service that has since expanded into a profitable cottage industry across the U.S. and internationally.

After extensive conversations with lawyers, business consultants, contractors and insurance agents, Cohen, 38, started Hewlett, New York-based Home Remedies of NY Inc. from her home in February 1997. This stay-at-home mom used a $5,000 loan, a computer and a refurbished fax machine to launch her part-time business. Right away, the response from homeowners was tremendous, and after three months in business, she repaid her loan. Her gross earnings in the first year were almost $30,000.

Today, Home Remedies is a contractor referral service that matches home-owners with reliable home-repair workers. The appeal to customers is that the company takes on the time-consuming task of locating and screening qualified contractors, checking to make sure they're adequately insured and licensed, and serving as a liaison between the contractor and the homeowner throughout the course of a job. Home Remedies provides a win-win situation for both parties: Services are provided free of charge to the homeowner, and contractors represented by Home Remedies only pay a commission for any work they secure.

At first, Cohen worked approximately 15 hours to 20 hours per week; she now works about 30 hours per week. Last year, sales for Home Remedies exceeded $100,000. Cohen earns additional income by selling manuals and packages on how to get started in the referral business.

How to get rich the smart way? Read what some creative people did:

1.Million Dollar Homepage

1000000 pixels, charge a dollar per pixel thats perhaps the dumbest idea for online business anyone could have possible come up with. Still, Alex Tew, a 21-year-old who came up with the idea, is now a millionaire.

What is the idea? (from FAQon the site)

The idea is simple: to try and make $1m (US) by selling 1,000,000 pixels for $1 each. Hence, 'The Million Dollar Homepage". The main motivation for doing this is to pay for my degree studies, because I don't like the idea of graduating with a huge student debt. I know people who are paying off student loans 15-20 years after they graduated. Not a nice thought!
So, everyone is welcome to buy my pixels, which are available in 100-pixel 'blocks' (each measuring 10x10 pixels). You will see the homepage is divided into 10,000 of these 100-pixel blocks (hence there are 1,000,000 pixels in total). The reason for selling them in 100-pixel blocks is because anything smaller would be too small to display anything meaningful.
You can buy as many pixels as you like, as long as there are some available (see the live stats in the top right corner of the page). When you buy some pixels, you can then display an image/ad/logo of your choice in the space you have purchased. You can also have the image click through to your own website. However, no obscene or offensive images are allowed.
The pixels you buy will be displayed on the homepage permanently. The homepage will not change. Using some of the money I make from the site, I guarantee to keep it online for at least 5 years, but hopefully much longer. I want it to become a kind of internet time capsule. So, in the long run, I believe the pixels will offer good value. You will have a piece of internet history!

2.SantaMail

Ok, hows that for a brilliant idea. Get a postal address at North Pole, Alaska, pretend you are Santa Claus and charge parents 10 bucks for every letter you send to their kids? Well, Byron Reese sent over 200000 letters since the start of the business in 2001, which makes him a couple million dollars richer.

About SantaMail from their site

Since 2002, Santa has been helping us write over 275,000 personalized Christmas letters. Santa makes sure that we use the finest heirloom-quality, acid-free linen paper so that his letters last a lifetime.

As Santa's helpers, we help Santa print his letters and then mail them to him in North Pole, Alaska where he affixes a Christmas stamp on it and sends it on the way to your child. From there, the letter gets postmarked and mailed. (After December 16, he has us mail them directly from Austin, Texas so they reach the children in time!).

3.Doggles

Create goggles for dogs and sell them online? Boy, this IS the dumbest idea for a business. How in the world did they manage to become millionaires and have shops all over the world with that one? Beyond me.

About Doggles from their site

We are famous for Doggles goggles for dogs - the first and only eye protection designed andcreated just for dogs! Seen on CNN,Regis and Kelly, The Today Show, GoodMorning America and many others, they are quite a hit with everyonewho has tried them!We are also an environmentally consciousorganization, using as much "green" orrecycled fabrics and materials in our products aspossible, always keeping in mind that what is goodfor our planet is also good for our pets. Our standards are high, and you will see this in eachand every one of our products. We are market leaders in the design and manufacture oftough and durable and yes, even "green", dog toys. Please be sure to check our offerings in the toy category as you look through our site. Our outdoor line has won the praise of many an outdoor enthusiast as we continue to grow and improve the line. And of course, our fashion sense has never ended as weare alwaysadding and improving to our fashion harness line.We have a wide range of products that are trulyfunctional and have helped many pets over the yearsas we continue to innovate in the pet products field. Asalways, keep an eye on us for more.

4.LaserMonks

LaserMonks.com is a for-profit subsidiary of the Cistercian Abbey of Our Lady of Spring Bank, an eight-monk monastery in the hills of Monroe County, 90 miles northwest of Madison. Yeah, real monks refilling your cartridges. Hallelujah! Their 2005 sales were $2.5 million! Praise the Lord.

5.AntennaBalls

You cant sell antenna ball online. There is no way. And surely it wouldnt make you rich. But this is exactly what Jason Wall did, and now he is now a millionaire.

6.FitDeck

Create a deck of cards featuring exercise routines, and sell it online for $18.95. Sounds like a disaster idea to me. But former Navy SEAL and fitness instructor Phil Black reported last year sales of $4.7 million. Surely beats what military pays.

7.PositivesDating.Com

How would you like to go on a date with an HIV positive person? Paul Graves and Brandon Koechlin thought that someone would, so they created a dating site for HIV positive folks last year. Projected 2006 sales are $110,000, and the two hope to have 50,000 members by their two-year mark.

8.Designer Diaper Bags

Christie Rein was tired of carrying diapers around in a freezer bag. The 34-year-old mother of three found herself constantly stuffing diapers for her infant son into freezer bags to keep them from getting scrunched up in her purse. Rein wanted something that was compact, sleek and stylish, so in November 2004, she sat down with her husband, Marcus, who helped her design a custom diaper bag that's big enough to hold a travel pack of wipes and two to four diapers. With more than $180,000 in sales for 2005, Christie's company, Diapees & Wipees, has bags in 22 different styles, available online and in 120 boutiques across the globe for $14.99.

9.PickyDomains

Hire another person to think of a cool domain name for you? No way people would pay for this. Actually, naming domain names for others turned out a thriving business, especially, when you make the entire process risk free. PickyDomains currently has a waiting list of people who want to PAY the service to come up with a snappy memorable domain name. PickyDomains is expected to hit six figures this year.

10.Lucky Wishbone Co.

Fake wishbones. Now, this stupid idea is just destined to flop. Who in the world needs FAKE PLASTIC wishbones? A lot of people, it turns out. Now producing 30,000 wishbones daily (they retail for 3 bucks a pop) Ken Ahroni, the company founder, expects 2006 sales to reach $1 million.

HOW TO ESTABLISH URBAN GARDEN FOR FUN AND PROFIT

Urban gardening is ideal in the city or town where your space for planting is limited. If you're employed in the city and you've no time to go to the province to do your farming activities, then urban gardening is best for you.

Benefits you can get from urban gardening:

It could be therapeutic. Tending your plants early in the morning or after office hours relieves you from stress in the workplace and in the home.

It could be enjoyable. When you see your plants with attractive flowers and vigorous growth, your imagination wanders like you're in heaven with a happiness and satisfaction you can't explain.

Generate additional income. You can sell your extra plants to others if you think they are surplus for your personal needs. The city is a ready market because there are plenty of people and there's the purchasing power.

Reduce waste accumulation. You can recycle used materials such as; tin cans and plastics, sachets, tin foils for potting, Styrofoam for seed boxes, biodegradable products for composting, and others.

Strategies in Urban Gardening

Select the right crops to grow, depending on the purpose or purposes of going into urban gardening.

Identify a particular target market if you're into commercial production.

Develop your own passion or specialization and concentrate on that line.

You can rent or borrow vacant lot.

You can use your roof top if you have any.

You can create plant boxes along your fence and walkways.

You can grow plants in pots and other containers.

What kind of plants are ideal for urban gardening

You can grow all kinds of plants from fruits, vegetables, and ornamentals.

Fruits. You can grow fruits if not in the ground, you can plant them in containers, e. g. citrus, guava, lemon, balimbing, etc.

Vegetables. Many varieties can be grown both in the ground and in containers.

Ornamentals. There are many types of ornamentals you can grow, depending on your target market, capital required, and your inclination in urban gardening.

Requirements you need to know in urban gardening

Before you enter into urban gardening, strictly observe the following requirements in order to be successful:

Water. Water is the most important item for any kind of plant. Without it, your gardening activities will be amiss. You have to consider the cost and continuous availability of water.

Soil media. If you intend to grow your plants in containers, soil or potting media are important. You should have available supply of it all the time.

Source of pots and containers. Try to know where to get the cheaper source and continuous supply for pots germinating trays of different hole sizes, and containers.

Tools and implements. All of these should be at hand for your gardening activities, such as shovel, hoe, pick mattock, spade, trowel, sprayer, tractor (with accessories for bigger areas), and others.

Manpower. Provide yourself with available workers to help you in the garden. Though you can do it yourself, but at least there is one you can trust to tend your plants when you're out for some other business.

Materials and seeds. See to it that you have available of these materials and seeds in your nursery such as; seeds and other planting materials. Get your planting materials from reputable source or certified seed suppliers.

Improving unsuitable soil

When your place is stony or adobe and you think there is no more hope for the plant o grow, don't panic, there is still remedy to improve it. The strategies to undertake are:

Look for plants that will grow in rocks or adobe stones (rock gardening). There are plants that grow vigorously on rock such; balete tree, some cactus species, etc). Arrange them in such a way that they will not compete with space and sunlight.

Add garden soil or organic material such as manure, compost, and others. You can make holes on the rock just enough to hold the soil media in place for specific plants. For larger plants you can make bigger holes so that more soil media may be placed to sustain the growing period of the plants.

Look for possible sources.

How to earn profits from your urban garden

There are so many ways you can promote your urban garden to make it known to the public and earn you a profit.

The following tips can enhance your promotional strategies:

Attend garden shows or trade fairs. You can bring and display your exotic plants in the garden shows or trade fairs so the customers will see them. Display your gardens' name, location, proximity to the market, and plants grown.

Publish in all media outlets. Submit pictures of your garden and plants in magazines, TV, Internet, and newspapers to have a wider dissemination to the reading public.

By word-of-mouth. Often times you invite some visitors for some special occasions like; birthdays, get together, Christmas parties, or any occasions you may establish.

Show to your guests your beautiful urban garden plants. You may give themas a token out of your plants and tell them your plants are for sale if theyhave some friends interested to buy plants from you at discounted price.

Send brochures of your urban garden to gardening sites. Invite site owners to help you promote your urban garden plants for a percentage fee say 50-60% for the gross sale of your plants. This methods is called affiliates, resellers or partners wherein both of you earns an income. A win-win strategy.

Accept consultancy or speaker ship. As an expert you can accept consultancy in symposia to those interested in urban gardening. While at this event you can insert your garden in your talks. You can tell your audience about your urban garden, what plants are grown and they are for sale. You may also bring with you your sample plants to the events and sale or give them to your audience.

In urban gardening you can enjoy the work in your garden, feel the freshness of the surroundings because of the smell of sweet flowers, the vigorous growth of your plants, and at the same time it can provide you with additional income.

Enjoy urban gardening and let your expertise flourish for the benefit of others while giving you fresh vegetables and fresh flowers. Above all gives you an income out of your plants.

Come on, stretch out your aching back and body and let the soil and plants in your garden provide the solution to relieve your pain and at the same time earn you an additional income.

Leave the dusty and smelly cities and depart from the smog keeping a clamp foot on the urban environment. You have the feeling to go somewhere where you can open your soul, release the power within yourself and just have an excellent rest. You want to go somewhere not only for its beauty, but also to get the feel of being taken care of, having the extra service. Well, here you are then, the choice is made, arrive together with us in the Carpathian Mountains!

The Ukrainian Carpathians are young mountains that have the approximate age of 25 million years. It may sound old, but in geological terms it is relatively young, compared to the alpine mountain chain in France, Italy and so forth. Situated in the center of European continent with a name connected with the present in the pre-Christian time tribe of Carps that lived in this territory over the rivers Pruth and Ocheret.

The highest peaks of the mountains are Goverla with around 2061 meters, Rebra at 2046 meters, Pip Ivan stretching into the sky with 2026 meters, Petros close by with the elevation of 2020 meters. All of them are situated in the Chornogorskiy mountain range in the region of Ivano-Frankivsk and Zakarpatska.

The second highest range is Beskidy located in the area of Zakarpatska and Lvivska regions. The height of the mountains in this range is a little bit higher than Chornogorskiy one, in general around 1600 meters. Beskidy are more comfortable for exploration as they are situated near the main railway and auto highways that is a good perspective for the development of ski sport and tourism.

Slavsko will definitely give you everything you need if you enjkoy skiing. This is a wonderful resort place located just three hours drive from Lviv in between Striy and Uzhgorod. Being only 150 km from the Transylvania- motherland where the renowned duke Dracula resided. But do not let this frighten you. You are guaranteed a pleasant stay with all the things you long for.

Slavsko is situated around 750 m over the sea level and is deemed to be one of the best Ukrainian ski centers. There are several ways of doing skiing in Slavske, from the traditional cross country, to alpine skiing, and snow boarding. The landscape varies a lot which permits skiing, not only for the professional skiers but also for the beginners. The natural location of Beskida and Gorgana slopes around Slavsko has created a unique microclimate due to which pleasant not windy weather through all seasons and the snow lies till April.

Slavsko is the center of ski sport, tourism and rest in a picturesque meadow of rivers Opir and Slavka at around 500 meters over the sea level. This corner of Carpathians became the mecca of skiing during winter and the center of tourism in summer. Natural location of mountain range Beskidy and Gorgana around Slavsk has created a unique microclimate that provides peaceful weather with large quantity of snow in winter with stable conditions till the end of April. In summer you can see wonderful landscapes with green pine trees on the slopes of the mountains.

There are one seat and 15 buggie lifts that has the capacity of more than 7000 skiers pr hour. The length of seat lift on the Trostyan Mountain is 2750 m. Buggie ski lifts have a length of 600 to 1200 m. The diversity of landscape and difficulty level can be tried here.

Primary Care Medicine in an Urban Population

The clinic had been busy. The day had been filled with a wide array complaints and personalities ranging from the drug seekers with chronic pain to the geriatric patients in need of refills. It was almost time to leave; I had just one patient left to see. An unusually thin chart laid in basket next to the door, in it no information other than a name, Ms. Q. Upon entering I found a middle aged black woman was huddled in the corner holding the side of her chest. Her facial expressions betrayed the fact that she was in a considerable amount of pain as she propped herself up to talk with me. Although I was sympathetic to her pain, it was the end of a long day and my capacity for small talk had worn thin. As per standard protocol I introduced myself and got straight to business asked how I could help her. As I prepared myself to take notes I heard her say "Franois?" "J'n parle pas d'anglais," in a soft, labored voice.

As this patient was a new patient, unknown to the clinic, I had to do a complete H&P. I had taken French for many years in high school and a few semesters in college, but did not think that I knew enough French to get through an H&P. As we started to talk about what was ailing her, I discovered that she was one of the most fascinating women I had ever met. With my broken French constantly corrected, we had an engrossing conversation for nearly an hour discussing not only her medical condition, but also her life and circumstances. Our conversation ended only with my attending entering the room. At the end of the visit I had not only obtained a through H&P, I had made a friend. We were able to provide her treatment for her strained muscle (she worked as a janitor and had tried to lift something that was too heavy for her), and also were able to schedule her for blood work, a mammogram, and a pap smear. As she limped out of the office, hunched in pain, she was thankful for what we had done.

This experience typified my experiences in the urban primary care setting. For the majority of the population the primary care setting is their first entry point to the healthcare system, therefore there are many occasions where what lies on the other side of the door is unknown. In primary care, you must be able to handle a variety of situations and this is why I believe that primary care is the most challenging of all specialties. Urban primary care takes this experience a step further because the patient population is so varied. This was my second time with Dr. Helzner in his urban clinic. Of all my rotations working in this clinic has been the most rewarding experience because of the amount of teaching and closeness I felt to the patients. Through the course of the rotation I learned so much about the interplay between the primary care clinic and the community and the vital part the clinic played in this community; about the differences between urban and suburban medicine; and about how to practice medicine in an urban setting.

Primary care more so than any other specialty is fully integrated into the fabric of the community and so reflects its needs. To illustrate this point of the, I would like to compare how two different clinics handle a common issue, namely the issue of drug reps. The first clinic is a suburban clinic that deals with mostly insured, upper middle class patients. During my time at this clinic, there was a lively debate on the ethical issue of letting drug reps host lunches in the office. After considerable arguments on both sides of the issue the conclusion of the debate was the expulsion of all drug reps from the office to minimize bias in prescribing drugs. In this setting minimizing bias and providing each of their patients with the absolute best care was the priority. In contrast to this setting the second clinic was an urban clinic located in an environment where the majority of patients lay uncomfortably close to the poverty line and many are uninsured. Here, drug reps provide breakfast and lunch everyday. But along with the food, the reps also bring with them samples; and keeping the sample closet full is the drug reps main responsibility. In a setting where at least one out of every ten patients depends on samples from their doctors, providing this service becomes a priority. This is concrete example of how primary care clinics reflect the needs of their respective communities and play a vital role in their communities.

One of the main reasons I decided to come back to Dr. Helzner's clinic was to work in an urban setting. As a student, most of my rotations were in a suburban setting consisting of mostly of a middle class Caucasian population. In this setting, drug addiction, AIDS, teen pregnancy, although present, represented a minority of the cases; cases were student involvement was discouraged. In the urban setting these issues occurred with such frequency that students were expected to tackle even the most challenging cases. During my time at the clinic, with the help of Dr. Schmidt's and Dr. Helzner's guidance, I was able learn much about the management of these issues; both in terms of medical management and also psychosocial management.

As an example, one of my patients, a fifteen year old girl was accompanied by her mother for evaluation for nausea and vomiting. On history, the nausea and vomiting was occurring in the morning for the past two weeks. The mother initially refused my request to talk to her daughter alone, but after much coercion, she finally relented. As can be imagined the teen did not want her mother to know about what had happened. Dr. Schmidt's masterful handling of the situation, where he not only convinced the teen to tell her mother, but also convinced her mother on how to compose herself, was a great lesson in how important a non-judgmental, calm perspective can be in helping resolve these complex issues. Though many of these extremely difficult cases I was able to learn how to better understand, relate and manage these situations. I now am much more confident in my abilities to handle such cases in the future.

Apart from the differences in diagnoses, I found that there were also fundamental differences in attitudes between the two populations. In terms of the suburban population, there seemed to be an intrinsic trust in the physician, where most of the patients trusted the provider's opinion and advice without much misgiving. On the other hand, in the urban population, there seemed to be an intrinsic mistrust of the medical system. I was questioned multiple times by multiple patients about why? Why was this test necessary? Why was the treatment needed? Why do I need to come back? Etc... These were questions were heard with much less frequency in the suburban clinics. But an important extension to this concept is that it seemed that the initial mistrust the patients had led to low expectations about what you could do for them. So, in most occasions, your failures went unnoticed and your successes were glorified. Patient's seemed, almost, surprised that you helped them; and they were extremely grateful. I have never felt so appreciated by patients as I have felt in the urban setting. Their initial mistrust was replaced by a tangible feeling of genuine thankfulness from which a solid patient-physician relationship can be built.

In contrast, a majority of the suburban patients radiated the attitude of entitlement. Here, since patients initially had trusted you, their expectations were high, many times unreasonably high. Positive outcomes were met with "Thanks for doing your job" attitude, and negative outcomes are met with, "why didn't you fix me" attitude. The key point here is that, from a physician's standpoint, both situations encompass unique challenges. In the suburban setting an emphasis must be
made to foster the trust conferred on the physician where as in the urban setting, gaining trust must be emphasized. I do not mean to say that these situations are mutually exclusive to their respective populations, but, undeniably, the frequency of each situation is skewed. The opportunity to be exposed to both situations has been a key learning point for all physicians.

Ms. Q returned to the clinic a week later. This time her chart was filled with her labs and notes from her last visit and upon entering the room I found her smiling widely rushing to greet me at the door. "Merci, Merci, Merci beaucoup," she exclaimed with a very real sense of elation. Upon conversing with her she had only taken the medicine for two days before she felt much better and now the pain was gone. She was so excited that we had fixed her. She was able to return to her job and resume her responsibility at home in a timely manner and this was of grave importance to her. I conveyed to her that her blood work was ok and that we were waiting for a few other results. In my two encounters with Ms. Q, I had developed a deep fondness for her and felt as though she were my patient. Although we had only given her NSAIDS for her pain, her gratitude far exceeded that of any of my other patients in any rotation. No other patient had given me such a sense of worth, and so I do not think I will forget about Ms. Q for some time.
